ST🚫P the wrong narrative – Decision Intelligence is NOT a Legacy + LLMs
⚠️ I can see that a narrative suggests DI is an #LLMs on top of an old legacy rules management system #BRMS or decision management suites #DMS. I even painfully watched people from DI community advocating this narrative.
I want to go on record and say this is absolutely the wrong angle for Decision Intelligence.
💣The #DecisionIntelligence is the only way that you can make #AI work in your organization. And by “make it work” I mean create value for your organization by operationalizing the LLMs inside the decision-making processes.
How does Decision Intelligence help you #CIO to do that?
💡The core foundation of DI is decision modeling, and its 💪 arm is the orchestration compatibility.
✨A decision model such as decision graph decomposes a complex and holistic business decision to its simpler, and more easy-to-understand decision units.
The decision units are connected based on dependencies and priorities.
Each decision unit can represent different techniques for implementing their own responsibility.
One of these can be a call an LLM (local or API) for different reasons such as classification, keyword extractions, sentiment analysis, and so on.
The outcome of that then will be passed to another decision unit as an input, and then outcome of that goes to another units and so on.
